ALREADY AS A CHILD I spent much time in Deia, and while I was studying Economics in Berlin I knew I wanted to come back here! After two years in El Olivo in Deia, a stage in Michelin star restaurants in Berlin and Munich, a year working in different places in Italy
I finally opened my own place in Deia.
